International shipping is currently not available online with our shopping cart. To place an international order, please contact info@andie-k.com.

Returns & Exchanges

All sales are made with a money-back guarantee.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will refund your money in full. You must, however, notify us of your intent to return the item within 30 days of your receipt, and the item must be returned to us in the same condition in which it was sent. Return shipping with insurance and tracking is to be paid by the purchaser. Refund will be given after the returned item is received.

About Our Handmade Pieces

Andie K uses vintage, antique and handmade beads, some of which are several hundred years old.

In the vintage (more than 30 years old) and antique (more than 100 years old) pieces you should expect to see evidence of their travels. Some of the beads used in Andie K Wearable Art have surface wear, nicks, small dents and other signs of their wear and use. Signs of age and use add to their value and should be expected in some pieces.

Sizes can be modified.

Length and size of many of the lanyards, bracelets and necklaces can be adjusted to your specifications.  Be sure to request an alteration prior to ordering. Email info@andie-k.com and include the item’s serial number (which appears at the bottom of every description as a 12 digit number) and information about alteration, including your desired size or length. We will get back to you with information about additional costs, if any.
