2015 MID-YEAR MEETING: EVENT INFORMATION
The National Association of Women Lawyers’ 2015 Mid-Year Meeting is just around the corner. We have a wonderful program planned and look forward to seeing you on Thursday, March 5, 2015, at the Hyatt Regency Chicago, located at 151 East Wacker Drive, Chicago, Illinois. You will find helpful information about the meeting below.
CHARITABLE VENDOR INFORMATION
ARZU, meaning “hope”, transforms lives by empowering Afgan women to lift themselves and their families out of poverty through ethical, artisan-based employment, education, and access to healthcare. ARZU Peace Cords will also be available for purchase during NAWL’s 2015 Mid-Year Meeting.
Andrea Kramer is an artist and women’s rights activist. Her one-of-a-kind, handmade
jewelry is inspired by her personal crusade to empower women and promote gender
equality and it will be available for purchase at NAWL’s 2015 Mid-Year Meeting. Andie K donates all profits to charities that benefit women and children – profits from sales at NAWL’s 2015 Mid-Year Meeting and online (www.andie-K.com using code “NAWL”) will benefit ARZU Studio Hope.
Maria Pinto will bring the M2057 fashion collection (www.m2057.com) for guests to view and try on, as well as order at NAWL’s 2015 Mid-Year Meeting. The collection will be available in Regency D Room from 1:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. and 10% of the proceeds will benefit the ARZU Studio Hope.
REGISTRATION AND MEETING LOCATIONS
All meeting sessions will be held on the Crystal Ballroom Level of the West Tower of the Hyatt Regency Chicago. The West Tower is Located on Waker Drive, Across Stetson Street from the Hyatt’s main lobby. Event Signage will be outside of each meeting room.
You may check-in at the Registration Table in the Crystal Ballroom Foyer, which will be open at 8:30 a.m. on Thursday.Breakfast will be served starting at 8:00 a.m.
